Prices are per number of active and
inactive accounts in your system.
Up to 250 = $25 per month
Up to 500 = $30 per month
Up to 1000 = $35 per month
Up to 2000 = $40 per month
Up to 3000 = $45 per month
Up to 4000 = $50 per month
Up to 5000 = $55 per month
Up to 6000 = $60 per month
Up to 7000 = $65 per month
Up to 8000 = $70 per month
Up to 9000 = $75 per month
Up to 10000 = $80 per month
*There is absolutely no limit on how many times per month
you may back up to our server. Remember that you can do it
anytime day or night from any computer that has your
database on it. All we ask is that you sign a one year
contract of usage of this service. It is up to you if you
wish to renew each year thereafter.
* To send your backup quickly (within a matter of minutes),
you need high speed internet access (such as DSL, satellite,
or cable). However, you can send it via dial up. Just keep
in mind it will take longer to complete sending, depending
on how many accounts are in your database. If you are
sending it via a dial up connection, a good time to send it
would be just before you are leaving for lunch or for the
end of the day. It will automatically disconnect the
communication with our server when it is finished, so you
don’t have to be there. When it is finished and closes, you
will receive a message from EasyBill32 that states, “Your
file has been sent.” That message will remain there for you
to view until you click the “OK” button located at the
bottom of that message box.
You will receive an email message verifying the successful
delivery of your database backup.
