  The Transaction Code Maintenance form is very simple. 

All of the displayed data can be edited. 

Many of the data items can be selected from a drop-down list, making data entry much faster and much more accurate than it would be if those items had to be keyed in.

Numerical values are to be entered without any dollar signs or commas, again making data entry quicker.

    Any transaction code can be added to or deleted from any range of customer accounts with just a few clicks of the mouse button.

Any transaction code can be set to compute on any month, any selection of months, or all twelve months.

  
             
  Detailed information for transaction codes that have several levels of charge calculations can be easily entered into this self-explanatory form.

The charge amount in the left column can be set to as many decimal places as needed.
